Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are dispatched within 1 business day of order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery Timeline

• Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location.
• Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Free Shipping

• We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.
• No additional shipping charges will be collected from customers.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• For all COD orders, customers must pay a ₹50 advance payment at the time of placing the order.
• The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.
• The advance amount is non-refundable if the customer refuses to accept the order after dispatch.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect Shipping Information

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
• Worton Fashion will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Failed Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
• Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the package and product for verification.
• Claims raised after 72 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
