Return & Exchange Policy
At Worton Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange subject to the terms below.
Return & Exchange Window
- Customers can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Requests made after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- The product should not show signs of use, damage, alteration, or washing.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Products returned in a used, washed, or altered condition.
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (if applicable).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Customers may be required to share photographs or videos for verification.
- Upon successful verification, a replacement, exchange, or refund will be processed.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested replacement product or size is unavailable, customers may opt for a refund, as applicable.
- Only one exchange request per order/item will be allowed.
Return Pickup
- Reverse pickup service will be arranged where available.
- In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another approved method after verification.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Right to Refuse Returns
Worton Fashion reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests if the returned product does not meet the eligibility conditions mentioned above.
